Effective - These Terms & Conditions become effective when you 'Commit to Buy', this occurs when you Complete the 'Checking Out' process via this Web Site.

Payment - Payment for items purchased should be received within 7 days. We accept Paypal, Credit & Debit Cards, Cash, Postal Orders & Banker Drafts, Cheques, and Chaps & Bacs.

This Web Site protects your valuable Credit Card Information - Credit & Debit Card Payments are handled via Secure Servers.

Supply - We strive to dispatch paid for items within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment. If we are unable to dispatch your item/s within 3 days we'll bring this to your attention by email. We dispatch items purchased via Royal Mail or a Courier.

Warranties - Every NEW ITEM we sell is fully warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase. Used items have no Warranty. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, at our discretion.

Return's - You have a Legal Right to Return your Item within 7 Days of Purchase for a Full Refund of the price paid excluding delivery costs.

Blue Water Sports operates a 30 Day Returns Policy for NEW ITEMS. If you decide to return an item please send an email to shop@bluewatersports.com

Goods - Blue Water Sports will refund your reasonable costs relating to the original supply and your subsequent return of any goods deemed to be faulty.

Refunds - Will be the full price paid, excluding delivery cost. You will be responsible for ensuring the item is returned via a reliable delivery service and paying for return delivery costs. Items returned for refund or exchange should be in the same condition as originally supplied.
