Effective - These Terms & Conditions become effective when you 'Commit to Buy', this occurs when you Complete the 'Checking Out' process via this Web Site.

Payment - Payment for items purchased should be received within 7 days. We accept Paypal, Credit & Debit Cards, Cash, Postal Orders & Banker Drafts, Cheques, and Chaps & Bacs.

This Web Site protects your valuable Credit Card Information - Credit & Debit Card Payments are handled via Secure Servers.

Supply - We strive to dispatch paid for items within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment. If we are unable to dispatch your item/s within 3 days we'll bring this to your attention by email. We dispatch items purchased via Royal Mail or a Courier. Many deliveries will not be completed unless a signature (delivery receipt) can be obtained - this is why we send every buyer a message via email confirming dispatch or imminent dispatch of item/s purchased.

Warranties - Every NEW ITEM we sell is fully warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase. Used items have no Warranty. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, at our discretion.

Return's - You have a Legal Right to Return your Item within 7 Days of Purchase for a Full Refund of the price paid excluding delivery costs. Blue Water Sports however operate a 30 Day Returns Policy for NEW ITEMS. If you decide to return an item please send an email to shop@bluewatersports.co.uk.

Faulty Goods - Blue Water Sports will refund your reasonable costs relating to the orginal supply and your subsequent return of any goods deemed to be faulty. Prior to returning any item please contact us with regards to Returns Delivery Methods.

Refunds - Will be the full price paid, excluding delivery cost. You will be responsible for ensuring the item is returned via a reliable delivery service and paying for return delivery costs.

Duty of Care - This means that items returned for refund or exchange should be in the same condition as originally supplied.

Delivery – Small Items & orders below £50.00 are usually sent via Royal Mail. The weight of the package will determine whether the Item is sent 1st Class or as a Parcel. Royal Mail services are also used for UK Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland.

Order values above £50 are generally sent with a Courier as are orders with a combined weight that exceeds 2kg (excludes Northern Ireland).

Deliveries outside the UK including Eire above 2kg in weight are usually sent with a Courier and smaller items with a total weight less than 2kg are sent Royal Mail Air Mail.

Delivery Costs are clearly shown in your Shopping Basket and at the Checking out Stages.

Delivery Charges are determined by weight and delivery location. Because we use “Weight Bands” it is often possible to add additional items to your order without increasing delivery costs.
